A) Different series of intrinsically safe instruments and safety grids and other related equipment should not be casually mixed, must be identified by the relevant departments, confirm their technical performance is compatible before they can be replaced.
② Intrinsic safety related equipment such as safety gate, current isolator, buffer amplifier, etc., should be installed on the side of the safe place, and reliably grounded.
③ In order to prevent the danger caused by mixed contact, electrostatic induction and electromagnetic induction between the wiring of the intrinsic safety system and the wiring of the intrinsic safety associated loop and the general loop, pipe laying should be used. Intrinsically safe lines and non-intrinsically safe lines should not share the same cable or protective tube. The intrinsic safety loops of more than two different systems should not share a common cable (except those with separate cores shielded) or share the same protective tube (except those with shielded wires).
④ When the intrinsic safety line and the non-intrinsic safety line are laid in the same wire trough and cable trench, the grounded metal plate or insulation should be used for isolation, otherwise, they should be arranged separately with a spacing greater than 50mm and fixed respectively.
⑤ The terminal boards of the intrinsic safety and non-intrinsic safety lines in the instrument panel should be separated from each other, the distance is greater than 50mm, otherwise the insulation board should be isolated, and the two types of lines should be laid separately and bundled firmly.
The length of the intrinsic safety line should be such that its distributed capacitance and distributed inductance do not exceed the maximum allowable value specified by the instrument manufacturer.
7 The wiring of the safety system should generally be set up blue signs.
The intrinsically safe line should not be grounded in general, but when the signal grounding reference point needs to be set, it is grounded. This ground point should be a single ground point of the grounding conductor of all intrinsically safe instrument systems, and is separate from the power grounding system
