Article 1: The factory is the first responsible person to ensure that the certified products comply with the implementation rules of product certification.

Article 2: The factory shall, in accordance with the implementation rules of product certification and the requirements of factory quality assurance capabilities, produce certified products consistent with the samples confirmed by the certification body.

Article 3: The factory shall promptly understand the information and requirements of the documents published by the certification body on the Internet.

Article 4: The Factory shall establish and maintain at least the following documented procedures or regulations, which shall be compatible with the factory quality management and product quality control:

(1) Control procedures for the storage and use of certification marks;

(2) Product change control procedures;

(3) Document and data control procedures;

(4) quality record control procedures;

(V) supplier selection evaluation and daily management procedures;

(6) Inspection or verification procedures for key components and materials;

(7) Regular confirmation and inspection procedures for key components and materials;

(8) production equipment maintenance system;

(9) Routine inspection and confirmation inspection procedures;

(10) control procedures for nonconforming products;

(11) Internal quality audit procedures;

Article 5: The factory shall keep at least the following quality records to prove that the factory has indeed carried out all production inspections and production tests, and the quality records shall be true and effective:

(1) Record of supplier selection, evaluation and daily management;

(2) Incoming inspection/verification records of key components and materials and qualification certificates provided by suppliers;

(3) Routine inspection of products and confirmation of inspection records;

(4) Records of regular calibration or verification of inspection and test equipment;

(5) Routine inspection and confirmation of inspection equipment operation inspection records;

(6) Disposal records of nonconforming products;

(7) Records of internal audit;

(8) Records of customer complaints and corrective actions taken;

(9) Regular confirmation of inspection records for parts and components;

(10) Record of the use of the logo;

(11) Corrective records of nonconformity in operation inspection;

Records should be kept for a period of at least 24 months between inspections to ensure that all records generated after the completion of this inspection will be accessible at the next inspection.

Article 6: The factory shall cooperate to complete the arrangement of factory inspection activities made by the certification body. For the initial factory inspection, the factory shall conduct the factory inspection according to the scheduled time agreed with the certification body; For supervision and inspection, the factory shall accept the supervision and inspection of the certification body within the specified period of time, at the same time, the certification body can carry out factory supervision and inspection (such as flight inspection, special supervision and inspection) without prior notice in accordance with international practice, and the factory shall cooperate. Otherwise, the certification body has the right to suspend the certification.

Article 7: The factory shall allow inspectors to enter all areas involved in product certification for sampling or inspection, access relevant records and visit relevant personnel (if there are special areas that need to be kept secret, they shall report to the certification body).

Article 8: The factory shall cooperate with the inspection team to carry out the site designated test according to the product characteristics and the specific conditions of the factory. The site designated test shall be carried out by the relevant personnel arranged by the factory under the witness of the inspection team.

Article 9: The factory should cooperate with the inspection team to carry out the consistency inspection of the product. If the inspection process involves the dismantling of the whole machine, the factory should arrange personnel to perform it.

Article 10: In the factory inspection, if the certified product changes or inconsistencies, the factory shall take the initiative to explain to the inspection team.

Article 11: When the product needs to be sampled, the factory shall cooperate with the inspection team to seal the sample on site and send the sample to the designated testing institution in accordance with the specified time.

Article 12: The Factory shall provide the inspector with the necessary work convenience.

Article 13: The factory shall communicate with the holder to timely pay the supervision and inspection fee (including the daily fee of the supervision and inspection personnel and the daily fee of the road personnel), the annuity and the sampling inspection fee of the product supervision (if any).

Article 14: The factory shall not release the following products:

(1) non-conforming products;

(2) Products that have changed after the certification, but have not been confirmed by the certification body;

(3) Products that exceed the validity period of certification;

(4) Products listed in certificates that have been suspended, cancelled or revoked;

(5) The factory inspection conclusion is judged to be on-site verification or outdated, and the inspector requires the factory to seal the certified products on the site.

Article 15: The factory shall promptly notify the certification body of the change of contact information.
